(INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES)
Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) intends to hire individual consultancy services against the following
positions under National Social Protection Programme (NSPP) funded by World Bank;

01. Senior Software Engineer Education: At least Master Degree Computer Science/IT/ BE (Computer

Experience: Five years of relevant experience. Should have experience in
SQL .NET and Angular, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, UML, CSS. Well versed in
ASP.NET, AJAX Web Services, MVC, JavaScript, XML, SQL server.

Web Developer
Education: B.S (Computer Science) at least in Second Division from a

recognized University.
Experience: Two years’ experience as a Web Developer in a reputable
institution. Should have experience in SQL, .NET, C#, JavaScript, jQuery,
UML, CSS. Well versed in ASP .NET, AJAX, Web Services, MVC,
JavaScript, XML, SQL Server.

MIS Specialist
Education: At least a 4-year Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Software

Engineering / IT or other relevant engineering discipline. A Master’s degree
will be preferred
Experience: Overall experience of 4+ years will be preferred with at least one
year relevant experience. Possess good knowledge of Ms office, Managing and
Configuring Android Operating System and its applications, Databases,
Software Documentation, Bug & Error Reporting and Software Maintenance.

Experience: At least 6 years of working experience as Software Develo
Systems Engineer in enterprise level projects in reputed organizations-
preferably CMMI/ISO
certified. Knowledge and experience using the MySQL,
PostgreSOL, ORACLE database are desirable.
05. Software Developer Education: As a minimum, 16 years of education and a Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Sciences CS (4 years) or a related field.
Experience: At least 3+ years working experience as Software Developer or
Systems Engineer on enterprise level projects in organizations preferably
CMMI certified
Experience with implementing ArcGIS will be preferred.
06. NSER Implementation
Education: A University Degree in the field of Management Sciences,
Specialist
Business Administration, Public
Administration, or any relevant field.

Experience: Required overall 10-15 years of experience with minimum 07
years of experience in the large international or national level organization
with direct involvement in large-scale operations and management,
demonstrating evidence of achieving results.
